Cell Project

In this project, I created an Intestinal Epithelial Cell, it absorbs water and nutrients from the digestive tract in the intestine. The body of the cell made up of foam. I used clay to make the replica of the organelle such as Centrioles, Lysosome, Nucleus and etc. This cell have a special microvilli as a brush border so I used a pipe cleaner to make it. After each group done with creating their cell, we have a presentation as a class for others to learn and know about the cell. I understand more about the cell by doing this project. I learned that each cell have different special feature to help maintain our body.

The ESLOs that related to this cell project are innovative thinkers because we created a cell and decided what would we use and leaders of the future because we worked as group and listened to others decisions.
